Attendance Summary NEW Template Widget

This article explains the meaning and calculation logic of the fields in the Attendance Summary NEW template widget. This widget is suitable for viewing the attendance of members.

Field Field in Dataset Description
Team Name from_team The team name that the member belongs to, such as Support.
Member Full Name member_full_name The full name of the member, such as John Smith.
Date date The attendance date of the member, such as 2025-07-10.
Date In-Out in_and_out

The member's check-in time and check-out time, formatted as Year-Month-Day Hour:Minute, such as 2025-07-10 09:31.

If the member has checked in, only the check-in time will be displayed, such as 2025-07-10 09:31-.

If the member has both checked in and checked out, the check-in and check-out times will be displayed, such as 2025-08-14 09:30-19:00.
Total Hours Worked total_hours_worked

The total number of hours the member has worked so far is calculated from the start date and time of the work schedule, such as 2.73.

  • If the member hasn’t checked in, it shows 0 hours.
  • If the member has checked in but hasn’t checked out,
    • If there is an automatic check-out, the total hours are calculated from the member's check-in time to the automatic check-out time.
    • If there is no automatic check-out, the total hours are calculated from the member's check-in time to the member's check-out time.
  • If the member has records of logging In, Back, WFH, Onsite work, the total hours are calculated by summing the duration times.
Total Onsite Hours onsite_hours The total duration hours of the member's log Onsite.
Total Late In Hours total_late_in_minutes

The number of hours the member is late, measured in hours, such as 0.02.

  • If the member checks in before the work schedule start time, the value is 0.
  • If the member does not check in that day, then there is no record for that.
  • If the member checks in before the work schedule start time, display the member's check-in time minus the work schedule start time.
Total Consumed Breaks total_consumed_breaks

The total time statistics for the member's logs for Break and Lunch, measured in hours.

  • For Break:
    • If the member does not log Break, the total is 0.
    • If the logged Break time is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 2 hours, the total is the corresponding duration.
    • If the logged Break time exceeds 24 hours, the total is 24.
  • For Lunch:
    • If the member does not log Lunch, the total is 0.
    • If the logged Lunch time is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 2 hours, the total is the corresponding duration.
    • If the logged Lunch time exceeds 2 hours, the total is 2.
Total Overtime Hours total_overtime_hours

Working hours of the member exceeding 8 hours.

  • If the member's working hours do not exceed 8 hours, display 0;
  • If the member's working hours exceed 8 hours, the displayed number of hours = the member's actual working hours - 8 hours.
Work Schedule Start Date/Time work_start_time The start time of the work schedule, formatted as Year-Month-Day Hour:Minute Time Zone, such as 2025-07-09 20:30 CDT.
Work Schedule End Date/Time work_end_time The end time of the work schedule, formatted as Year-Month-Day Hour:Minute Time Zone, such as 2025-07-10 06:00 CDT.
Take Break take_break

Display whether the member logs Break.

  • If yes, display Yes.
  • If not, display No.
