How to start using the app and dashboards
The Gozynta Consulting App is easy to use— simply connnect HaloPSA to MSPbots and you're ready to view the dashboards. Data from your PSA is immediately converted into meaningful metrics and gauges for your analysis.
Once the HaloPSA integration is complete, navigate to Dashboards and open the Service Delivery and Revenue Attribution dashboards.

The Service Delivery Dashboard highlights key KPIs, ticket metrics, and customer statistics that focus on response and resolution times, which are the strongest indicators of client satisfaction and effective staffing.

Revenue Attribution
The Revenue Attribution dashboard calculates the revenue that can be directly attributed to each billable resource, showing how much revenue each employee generates for your organization.
The Revenue Attribution (By Contract) widget displays revenue attribution with the combined metrics for Client, Contract Name, Revenue, Contract Actual Hours, Member Actual Hours, Revenue per Hour, Earned, Quota, Difference, and Bonus.
Adjusting the Gozynta Consulting App dashboard configuration (Optional)
The Gozynta Consulting App dashboards display values specific to your company based on MSP best practices. These data are crucial for optimizing performance and executing improvements in your MSP. If you need to adjust any dashboard widget to display custom values, you must first clone the dashboard and edit the specific widget for configuration.
To clone the dashboard and edit a widget:
- Open the dashboard and click the Clone Dashboard icon.

- In the widget that needs adjustment, hover over the ellipsis ... button and select Edit to open the widget settings.
