Addigy V2 Integration Setup

Connecting MSPbots with Addigy V2 integration gives you access to the latest automations and innovative dashboards for more efficient and unified IT management. Use this article to configure your Addigy V2 integration with MSPbots.

Addigy V2 integration supports the following 2 APIs:
   *   Addigy V2 Devices
   *   Addigy V2 Applications
Differences between Addigy integration and Addigy V2 integration:
   *   The authentication methods are different; which integration to connect to depends on the authorization method you choose to use.
   *   Addigy integration supports 6 APIs, while Addigy V2 integration supports 2 APIs.
   *   Addigy Integration is fully supported by MSPbots, whereas Addigy V2 Integration is in the testing phase.

How to set up the Addigy V2 integration

1. Obtain the required field value when connecting to Addigy V2 integration

1. Sign in to Addigy as an admin.
2. Go to Account > Integrations.
3. Scroll down the page to the Addigy API submenu.
4. Select V2 and click New API Token.
   
   
   
   
5. Input a Name (e.g., MSPbots) and set permissions for your V2 API token.
6. Click Add.
7. Copy the V2 API Token value. Store it in a secure location, as you'll need it for further steps in MSPbots. Note that once you leave this page, you won't be able to see the token again.

2. Connect to Addigy V2 Integration

1. Log in to MSPbots as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
   
   
   
   
3. Search for Addigy V2 and click it to open the connection settings.
   
   
   
   
4. Fill in the API Key field using the copied API Token value from Step 1.7.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save and Sync.
6. When Success appears, it means that the Addigy V2 integration has been successfully connected.
