The communication between MSPbots and TeamGPS integration is achieved by authenticating TeamGPS to MSPbots. The following steps are for connecting TeamGPS to MSPbots.
Prerequisites
Only users with the Admin role can set up TeamGPS integration with MSPbots.
How to set up the TeamGPS integration
- Log in to MSPbots.
- Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
- Search for TeamGPS and click it to open the connection settings.
- Enter the API Key generated in TeamGPS. Refer to the TeamGPS official article Key generation and authentication to generate the API Key.
- Click Save and Sync.

When Success appears, the connection to TeamGPS with MSPbots is successful.
