New Homepage
Prerequisites
Admin users of the PSA platforms ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or Halo can experience the new homepage.
- If you are a Free Trial admin and the PSA platforms are ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or Halo, a prompt saying Unlock Assets appears when clicking on recommended assets. You can check the provided knowledge base article, and if interested, you can upgrade your subscription to unlock all features.
Overview of New Homepage
Recommended PSA Assets
- The assets with the highest user engagement and usefulness as reported by MSPbots.
- Asset Types: Dashboards, Reports, Bots, Apps.
- View asset details and related Knowledge Base articles for a deeper understanding of the recommended assets.

- Your top 3 most frequently used assets.
- Asset Types: Dashboards, Reports, Bots, Apps.
Recents
- Your top 3 recently accessed assets.

Switching Between Custom Homepage and Default Homepage
Admin users of the PSA platforms ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or Halo can freely switch between the MSPbots Homepage and Custom Homepage, if a custom homepage has been set for them.

Old Homepage
Prerequisites
All users except the admin users of the PSA platforms ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or Halo see the old homepage. But don't worry, we're developing support for other PSA platforms, so stay tuned.
