The communication between MSPbots and Fathom integration is achieved by authenticating Fathom to MSPbots. The following steps are to connect Fathom to MSPbots.
Connecting the Fathom integration to MSPbots
- Log in to MSPbots as an admin.
- Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
- Search for Fathom and click it to open the connection settings.
- Fill in the API Key field. Refer to Obtaining the API Key value in Fathom to get the API Key value.
- Click Save and Sync.
- When Success appears, it means that the Fathom integration has been successfully connected.
Obtaining the API Key value in Fathom
- Sign in to Fathom with your account.

Click Settings.
- Locate the API Access in Integrations and click Add > Generate API Key.
- Click Copy to copy the API Key value.
The API Key is the value you need to fill in when connecting to the Fathom integration.
