If you've signed a 2-year or 3-year long-term contract with MSPbots, you can effectively manage your subscription through this article, including viewing your long-term contract information, upgrading or downgrading your subscription, purchasing or downgrading AI credits, and canceling your subscription.
View your long-term contract information
- You can view your subscription plan and contract information on the Checkout page. These information are read-only.
- You can view the next billing date and next billing fee on the Billing page, which are calculated based on the long-term contract.
Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
- When you upgrade your subscription on the Checkout page (for example, by increasing the number of your seats), your changes take effect immediately, and the added items are charged according to the annual terms of your long-term contract pricing, e.g., 2-Year or 3-Year. - When you downgrade your subscription on the Checkout page (for example, by reducing the number of your seats), your changes take effect at the end of the contract.
Purchase or downgrade AI credits
- When you purchase or upgrade AI credits on the Checkout page or AI Console page, your changes take effect immediately, and the AI credits are charged according to the annual terms of your long-term contract pricing, e.g., 2-Year or 3-Year.
- When you downgrade AI credits, your changes take effect when the contract ends.
Cancel your subscription
When you click the Cancel button on the Billing page, your cancellation will be scheduled. For guidance on canceling your subscription, see How to Cancel Your Subscription.
- If your subscription period is ≤ 120 days, the cancellation will take effect on the last day of your current billing cycle.
- If your subscription period is > 120 days, the cancellation will take effect on the contract end date.
