CloudRadial Integration Setup

Use this article to set up the CloudRadial integration with MSPbots.

You need admin permissions to perform these steps.

Connecting CloudRadial to MSPbots

1. Create an API Key in CloudRadial

1. Log in to CloudRadial as an admin.
2. Go to Partner > Settings, and select API (Beta) > + Add API Key.
   
   
    
3. Name the API key as MSPbots, and copy your key value and secret. Store the information somewhere secure, as you'll need it for further steps in MSPbots. 

2. Paste the API key and secret into MSPbots

1. Log in to MSPbots as an admin and navigate to Integrations.
   
   
    
2. Search for CloudRadial and click it to open the connection settings.
   
   
    
3. Fill in the following fields with the key value and secret you copied from CloudRadial.
   • Key
   • Secret
     
     
      
4. Click Save and Sync.
5. When Success appears, it means the connection to CloudRadial with MSPbots is successful.
