Dropsuite Integration Setup

Setting up a Dropsuite integration with MSPbots is done by authorizing Dropsuite in MSPbots and configuring the data source.

Prerequisites

This procedure requires Dropsuite login. Log in to Dropsuite before you proceed. 

How to connect Dropsuite to MSPbots

1. Log in to MSPbots as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
   
   
   
   
3. Search for Dropsuite and click it to open the connection settings.
   
   
   
   
4. Fill in the following fields.
   
   • Site - Enter your Dropsuite site name. For example:
     • https://dropsuite.us/
     • https://dropsuite.uk/
     • https://dropsuite-au.com/
     • https://dropsuite.ca/
   • Reseller Token - Enter your Reseller Token.
   • Authentication Token - Enter the reseller’s Authentication Token (Admin Token). 
     
     
     
     
5. Click Save and Sync.
6. When Success appears, it means that the Dropsuite integration has been successfully connected.
