Scheduled Notifications
The AI Trial notifications are sent on scheduled days during the trial when certain conditions are met.
No First Ticket Categorized
Condition: No tickets have been categorized by day 2 of the trial.
When this condition is met, the system sends a notification to the user indicating that no tickets have been categorized since the activation date. No Write-Back Execution
Condition: The Write-back function has not been executed on a ticket by day 5 of the trial.
The notification informs the user that the PSA Write-back feature is not yet activated and suggests contacting the Support Team for guidance.
