Background information
Sometimes, multiple MSPbots clients belong to the same corporate group and share a Microsoft tenant. In such cases, it's necessary to use an invitation link to mark the user's tenant information in MSPbots and ensure they sign in to the correct tenant.
You can refer to this guide to apply for a new tenant and get an invitation link to invite your users to sign in to MSPbots.
To apply for a new tenant in MSPbots

Submit a support request to apply for a new tenant and provide the Teams email address of the new tenant's contact and the new tenant name.
- The email address you provided must already exist in the MSPbots User Management of your current tenant.
- Wait for MSPbots' reply that the new tenant has been created successfully, which may take about 1-3 workdays.
- Log in to MSPbots with the Teams email address of the new tenant's contact.
- Authorize Teams integration, see MS Teams Integration Setup.
- Get the invitation link.
- Go to Settings > User Management.
- Click
> Invitation Link.
- Click Copy and store the invitation link somewhere secure, as you'll need it for further steps.
- Go to Settings > User Management.
- Invite others into the tenant.
- Share the invitation link with other users.

Let the users to clear their browser cache and then access the invitation link to sign in to MSPbots using their Teams emails.
* If the user who gets and shares the invitation link signs in to MSPbots, the user also needs to clear the browser cache first and then use the invitation link to sign in.
* After the users in your tenant sign in to MSPbots using the invitation link, they can log in to MSPbots in the future using the official link: https://app.mspbots.ai/login.
* When you log in to MSPbots, check if the Invoice Email is correct. If not, refer to Changing Your Invoice Email Address to change it.
