New SLA Response Expiration Time Priority Rule in Next Ticket for Halo
To allow technicians to prioritize tickets based on the SLA response expiration time, a new SLA Response Expiration Time rule has been added to the default priority rules for Next Ticket for Halo. This way, technicians can be assigned tickets that are closest to their service level agreement (SLA) expiration, enabling timely responses.
The specific meaning of the SLA Response Expiration Time rule is as follows: if the ticket's expiration time matches the specified number of minutes before or after the SLA response expiration time, corresponding points will be added to the ticket.

Option for Technicians to Self-Assign Temporary Filters
The option in the Next Ticket Settings to set temporary filters was introduced previously in Release 2.34. Initially available in ConnectWise Manage, the feature allowed administrators to set temporary active filters during a set schedule.
Release 2.35 expands this feature to allow technicians to self-assign the temporary filters from MS Teams by typing the command ntf or nt-filter. MSPbots replies with a confirmation that a temporary filter is in use during the indicated Effective Time.
Then, a message with the dispatched ticket and corresponding details is sent next.
This release also made the option to set temporary filters available to Next Ticket for Autotask.
