Custom No Data Message in the New Widget Builder
In Release 2.49, you can now customize the no data message displayed in the New Widget Builder when your widget has no data available.
- When you turn on the Show Custom Message switch, if your widget has no data available, the message you customized in the text box is displayed.
- You can select the Responsive Font Size checkbox to make the font size of your customized no data message automatically adjust according to the screen size of different devices or the browser window.

Updated Counting Logic for Billable and Free Users in User Management
We modified the counting logic for Billable Users and Free Users in User Management.
- Billable User - The number of non-Free license users in the License column.
- Free User - The number of Free license users in the License column.

Access Permission for Datasets in New Widget Builder
Only users with permissions to edit both Widgets and Datasets in the Assets Scope can access the dataset used in the widget in the New Widget Builder.
If you don't have permission to edit Datasets in the Assets Scope, you will see a No Permission message. You can reach out to your admin for access to the dataset in the widget.

AI Ticket Triage App ROI Calculator
The ROI Calculator in the AI Ticket Triage Overview dashboard has been updated to add the overhead cost, the plan cost based on the AI credit subscription the client has purchased, and the monthly savings in hours and amount saved.
The ROI indicators in the widget after Release 2.49 are now the following:
- Monthly ROI
- Yearly ROI
- Hourly Savings
- Monthly Savings

Unable to See in the UI or Retain Client Feedback After Submission
Before Release 4.29, users could not view or edit the feedback after submission because the UI would clear the entered details when the user returned to the specific line entry. Now, users can view and edit previously submitted feedback,
Updated Logic for the Status Columns in the Ticket Categorization and Spam Filtering Tables
The Status columns in the Ticket Categorization and Spam Filtering tables on the AI Ticket Triage Overview dashboards used to apply separate logic for displaying entries. Release 2.49 standardizes the logic for the columns in the following manner:
- The entry in the Status Column in the Ticket Categorization table is the Destination Status set in the Ticket Routing Configuration settings.
- Spam tickets display the following statuses:
- For ConnectWise - The Spam Ticket Destination Status in the Spam Filtering settings
- For Autotask - The original value of the ticket in Autotask
- Non-Spam tickets have blank Status columns.
