Feedback Collection Feature for AI Ticket Triage
The AI Ticket Triage App now features a Feedback Collection facility that lets users with the AI Admin and AI User roles validate the triage results or suggest corrections. With this feature, ticket triage results are continuously monitored for fine-tuning and future improvements.
To provide feedback,
- Go to the AI Ticket Triage Welcome Page, navigate to Dashboards > AI Ticket Triage Overview dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Triaged Tickets widget and go to the Feedback column.
- Select the thumbs-up icon to validate the triage output, or select the thumbs-down icon to send feedback.
Clicking the thumbs-down icon will open the Feedback window, where users can provide a Suggested Value or an Additional Comment for each field.

Spam Detection Module for AI Ticket Triage
Release 2.44 also features the Spam Detection Module for the AI Ticket Triage App, which filters out spam or irrelevant tickets before triage and routes them to a dashboard for the admin's review. Spam tickets include auto-replies, empty messages, and unqualified inquiries that do not need triage or resolution.
Users with the AI Admin role can configure filtering instructions for Spam Detection and identify the Destination Board or Destination Queue where the spam will be moved. There is also an option to activate PSA Writeback for Spam.
