Drill Down Function for Unmapped Companies in the Automated Client Mapping
The number for Not Mapped companies in the Automated Client Mapping is now clickable, displaying the list of unmapped companies. This new feature enables users to delve into the Not Mapped value and identify companies from other integrations that have not yet been mapped to the primary source.
By clicking the red number, a window will open displaying a list of unmapped companies, along with a dropdown menu that allows users to select and map a corresponding name for each company in the primary source. This functionality provides an alternative method for mapping company names across various integrations.

Automated Client Mapping is automatically activated as soon as the subscription starts. The PSA specified in the Settings is designated as the Primary Source, and the mapping settings are stored in the primary source details on the Clients Mapping Result page.
If you have previously set up your PSA platform in System, the integration will automatically be set as the default primary integration.
If multiple PSAs were provided, the first integration you entered will be considered the primary source.
