Ticket Summarization for the AI Ticket Triage App
Ticket summarization for Autotask and ConnectWise Manage is now available as independent widgets on the AI Ticket Triage App dashboard. Called AI Summarization for ConnectWise and AI Title Generation for Autotask, these widgets consolidate information on the ticket summarization process for each PSA.
AI Summarization for ConnectWise
AI Title Generation for Autotask
Before activating the PSA Write-back for AI Summary, check these widgets and review the ticket summaries, processing statuses, write-back statuses, and any errors encountered during the summarization. Checking ensures that only correct summarizations are sent back to the PSAs.
Sending Feedback on the AI Summary Results
The feedback column in the summary widgets allows users to provide comments on the generated summaries, helping improve the results. Selecting the thumbs-up icon confirms the results, while selecting the thumbs-down icon opens the Feedback window where you can enter suggested values to help fine-tune the summary for the specific ticket.
In AI Summarization for ConnectWise, a "Validation failed" message appears when a Custom Template for AI Summarization uses more than three tokens.

AI Ticket Triage App for ConnectWise Switches to Using Bundled API
Previously, Duplicate Detection in the AI Ticket Triage App for ConnectWise uses merge API, where the merging cannot be undone. With this release, Duplicate Detection now uses bundled API, which can be unbundled in ConnectWise if the detection process resulted in inaccurate outcomes.
Clients can also choose to automatically close or keep child tickets open with their original statuses. If they choose to close child tickets, clients are required to select a status to apply when closing child tickets after bundling.
