New Apps Tab in the Marketplace
Release 2.43 introduces a new layout for the Apps tab in the MSPbots Marketplace for an improved user experience when selecting the right application for your MSP.
Enhanced features
- Comprehensive app information - App description, features, pricing, and version information, including required integrations
- Purchase and install your chosen app right from the same tab
- System and integration checks are built into the pre-installation process.
- Quick access to the Terms and Conditions
- Built-in configuration check when the app is launched
- Upgrade button automatically visible when updates are available for download.

Account Classification Field Added to Next Ticket for Autotask Advanced Rules
The Account Classification field in Autotask has been added to the advanced rules in the Next Ticket for Autotask. This field is useful in creating rules based on how accounts are classified in Autotask. Depending on the service levels and contract type, specific accounts can be given higher levels of service and SLAs to ensure tickets are assigned in the correct order.
Enhanced Subscription Change
The effective date of your subscription change has also been optimized, see Subscription Change Rules for more detailed information.
When you submit a scheduled subscription changes,
- A banner will appear on the Billing page and Checkout page to display the date your scheduled subscription change takes effect and the details of your change.
- MSPbots will send a bot message or an email to the users in the tenant.
- When your subscription's scheduled change date is reached, the scheduled change will take effect automatically.
- When the scheduled subscription change have been successfully applied, MSPbots sends a bot message and an email to users.
