Optimized Outgoing Mail
Optimized verification process for Outgoing Mail
We optimized the verification process for Outgoing Mail in the System, including the use of Basic Authentication and OAuth2. Ensure the successful setup of your mailbox as the outgoing mailbox for MSPbots by sending a verification email.
New Default Mailbox
You can also set the verified email address as the Default Mailbox.
- When you successfully set only one outgoing mail, the email address becomes the Default Mailbox by default.
- When you set the From email address for scheduled reports or bots, you can choose the Default Mailbox as the sending address.
Delete the mailbox
If the mailbox to be deleted is used in schedules or bots, the deletion page lists these assets.

Function to Add All and Remove All Fields in the Field Chooser
Release 2.40 introduces an easy, more efficient way to add or remove fields when creating widgets. The Field Chooser now has a function to Add All and Remove All fields when adding the dataset fields that will be queried.
Add All
- When no selected fields are currently selected, selecting Add All will add all fields, excluding data point fields
- When some fields are selected, clicking Add all will remove the currently selected fields and add all fields, excluding data points
Remove All
- Selecting Remove All will clear all fields currently selected in the Field Chooser panel and add all fields, excluding data points
These functions are available in the New Widget Builder.

Grid Widgets Display '0' When No Data Is Filtered
Currently, if no data is filtered from the datasets, widgets display the message No Data. With Release 2.40, users now have the option to display this message or show zero (0) in grid widgets by activating the Display 0 When No Data Available switch.
The Display 0 When No Data switch is OFF by default and affects both the on-screen display and exported data from reports and dashboards.

Filter Out Inactive or Outdated Clients from the Client Mapping by Default
Currently, users filter inactive clients in the Automated Client Mapping function to map only active clients. In Release 2.40, filtering out inactive and outdated clients is already automatic for Autotask, ConnectWise, Halo PSA, and Kaseya BMS. It is the default filter setting, which can be modified by adjusting the filter conditions.

Measure and Dimension Selections in the Query Panel Sync with the Option Panel
Previously, when creating widgets using the New Widget Builder, the dropdown lists in the Option Panel displayed outdated or irrelevant fields that did not match the current configuration in the Query Panel.
After Release 2.40, updates made in the Query panel are reflected in the Option panel, ensuring that the selected Dimension or Measure in the Option panel remains valid and relevant. The following actions trigger a validation and potential update of the option panel:
- Adding or deleting a Dimension or Measure in the Query panel
- Switching or adding query sources
- Reordering fields in the Query panel (if applicable)
Note that the first selections for Measure and Dimension are automatically reflected in the widget's Design settings. However, additional selections for both must be manually added to the Measure and Dimension settings under Options > Design.
